Hi, I'm Rashida, and welcome to My Fabric Villa. We're a family-owned fabric shop in Richmond, Texas, and we've been sending fabric to quilters and sewists since 2017. Here's how it all started.
How It Started
I grew up around fabric. My mother was a wonderful seamstress, and some of my earliest memories are of her sewing room: spools of thread everywhere, scraps on the floor, something beautiful always in progress.
For about 20 years, my focus was raising my family. I never stopped sewing, though. Quilting became my creative outlet, and I loved making quilts for my children, nieces and nephews. Over the years my fabric stash grew (as stashes do), until my teenage daughter finally said, "Mom, you should share this with other people."
So in 2017, I opened a small online shop. I honestly didn't know what to expect, and I was overwhelmed by how warmly fellow fabric lovers responded. That little shop kept growing, and today it's My Fabric Villa.

We carry thousands of designer fabrics from brands quilters love, including Moda, Robert Kaufman, Riley Blake, Art Gallery Fabrics, Kaffe Fassett Collective and Ruby Star Society. You'll find quilting cotton, batiks, linen, canvas, voile, cozy flannel and embroidered fabrics and trims, plus precuts, quilt kits and 108" wide backing.
New fabric comes in every week, so it's worth checking our new arrivals often. And if you love a good deal, our sale and clearance sections change all the time.

We're not only online. You're welcome to visit our shop at 18120 West Bellfort Street, Suite K, Richmond, TX 77407. It's an easy drive from Katy, Sugar Land, Missouri City and the rest of the Houston area. We're open Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and you can also order online and pick up for free. I'd love to meet you.
