How We Can Help
Help choosing fabrics. Not sure which colors go together? Send us the fabrics you love and your pattern, and we'll suggest coordinating prints, solids and binding.
More yardage than shown online. Send us the SKU or item number, and we'll check whether more is coming in and set up a custom order to reserve it for you.
Custom orders and special requests. Looking for a fabric we don't list, or a cut that isn't offered online? Ask us, and we'll check with our vendors.
Small business and wholesale pricing. Many of our customers sew quilts, curtains, handbags and more for their own businesses. Ask about our Small Business Partner Program.
International shipping quotes. We ship to most countries and offer combined shipping discounts on international orders.
Changes to an order. Email us as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Quick Answers
Do you offer free shipping? Yes, on US orders of $100 or more. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and expedited shipping is available to the US and Canada.
Can I pick up my order? Yes. Choose free local pickup at checkout and collect your order at our Richmond store, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
What's the smallest cut? On many fabrics, it's a fat quarter (18" x 21"). All yardage is cut as one continuous piece, and if we can't do that, we'll contact you before shipping.
What's your return policy? Unused fabric can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Sale and clearance items, remnants, patterns and books, and custom orders are final sale. See our Shipping & Returns Policy.
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
