Returns Policy

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Fabric must be unused, meaning not cut, washed or altered after delivery, and returned in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email info@myfabricvilla.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method. If you'd prefer an exchange, mention it in your return email and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and can't be returned: sale and clearance items, remnants, patterns and books, and any fabric that has been cut, washed or altered after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll give you a full refund, including shipping charges. Email info@myfabricvilla.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll take care of it once we've reviewed it.
