Returns Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, uncut, and unwashed condition with original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@myfabricvilla.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you'd prefer an exchange, let us know in your return email and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@myfabricvilla.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund including any shipping charges.
