The Joann on North Fry Road was one of the first Houston-area stores to close in 2025, and Katy's sewing community has felt the gap ever since. My Fabric Villa is a family-run fabric shop in Richmond, about 25 minutes from most of Katy, and we'd be glad to fill it.
