Directions
From Katy (I-10 West corridor): Take I-10 E toward Houston, exit TX-99 S (Grand Parkway), continue south to W Bellfort Ave, turn right. Suite K is on the right.
From Sugar Land / Missouri City: Take US-90 W or Hwy 6 N toward Richmond. Turn onto W Bellfort St heading west. We are located just past the Grand Parkway (TX-99) interchange.
From Houston (Westheimer / Energy Corridor): Take TX-99 S (Grand Parkway) south from I-10, exit W Bellfort, turn right. My Fabric Villa is approximately 30–35 minutes from Downtown Houston.
